Sourced from the celebrated Hacienda Barbara estate in the Boquete highlands of Panama, this rare Geisha variety is grown at 1,450–1,650 meters above sea level and processed using the anaerobic washed method. The result is a clean, elegant cup with remarkable clarity and complexity.
A soft bloom of jasmine greets you first — gentle, floral, almost like spring morning air. Then comes the brightness of orange blossom, sweet and citrusy, like sunlight through lace curtains. It all melts into a silky, almond-like marzipan finish that lingers quietly but confidently.
