Birthday Roast – Special Edition

✨ “This roast is a special edition created in honour of Nugget, our little rescue cat.”

Once upon a time, we set out to find a little black kitten.
But at the shelter, it was a ginger cat with shining eyes who found us instead. His name was Nugget. His gaze was steady and bright, as if he had chosen us, not the other way around.

Although his fur was golden, in our hearts he became the black cat we had always dreamed of. In many cultures, black cats are guardians and symbols of good fortune. Nugget became both our protector and our mascot. More than family, he gave us the reason to create coffee with purpose, a coffee that carries kindness and brings warmth to people and animals in need.

No one knows when his real birthday is, so we chose the day we adopted him, October 30th, as the date to celebrate. This year, in his honour, we crafted Birthday Roast. Designed for espresso, it strikes a perfect balance of lively acidity, with rich notes of cacao nibs and velvety caramel pudding, finishing in the gentle glow of roasted nuts.

Only 200 bags are available, made from carefully selected beans. Once they are gone, they will live only in memory, like a fleeting touch of magic from a fairy tale.
